  • Direct the work of Associate Producers during assigned projects, and fulfill a traditional supervisory role as needed.
  • Collect and understand photography project requirements from stakeholders and organize the information in to a clear and consistent format.
  • Review project requirements and ensure that requested services match cost allowances for product or project type.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve potential errors and miscommunication in advance of the shoot.
  • Ensure that merchandise and product samples required for shoots are tracked throughout the process, from shipping to shooting to disposal.
  • Work with Associate Producers and Sample Coordinators to ensure sample tracking and image asset databases are up to date and accurate.
  • Book models and maintain relationships with talent agencies and talent.
  • When shooting on location, identify properties, negotiate rates, and maintain contracts.
  • Coordinate meals, craft services, travel, accommodations, etc.
  • Assist the Production Director in preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Ensure photo studio processes are followed to maintain an organized workflow and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
  • Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years experience working on commercial photo/video productions.
  • Experience with e-commerce product photography.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime and be flexible with work schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, in response to the production schedule and company needs.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for up to 2 weeks at a time.


Bachelors Degree in a related field.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. The incumbent may also be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
